ESCN Database Reports undertakes a Best Faith effort to insure that all data researched and input into the
ESCN Database is both accurate and correct. However, customers should be aware that at times copy quality
of newspaper microfilm archives researched is marginal at best and, in those situations, best judgement
is used to identify intended spellings of referenced newspaper data. Additionally, early newspaper typesetters
frequently
misspelled surnames and/or used familiar spelling variations of surnames when typesetting articles and
advertisements used in the newspaper.
Because of the marginal copy quality, frequent misspellings, and use of familiar spelling variations noted above,
ESCN Database Reports provides No Warranty, either expressed or implied, for the accuracy of search result
information provided to customers through the use of the ESCN Database Surname Search Service, including,
but not limited to, any implied warranties of
merchantability and/or fitness for a particular use or purpose. All Surname Search Request Sales are final. No
Surname Search refunds are given.
