2. Next review the Book Discount Opportunities and Book Ordering Specifics pages to obtain additional information about our books and the various pricing and ordering options available for the same. After review of this material, also determine the type of binding that you would prefer for your book purchase.
3. Now access the online Order Form from the Reference Book Menu and print the form while you are online. Note: You may also obtain this form by writing to us either by regular mail or email at the addresses shown on our Contact Page.
4. Once you have obtained a Book Order Form, complete the form using the stock numbers you have previously recorded, add the applicable Shipping & Handling charge (and Sales Tax if you are a Kansas resident), enclose a CHECK or MONEY ORDER (payable to ESCN Database Reports) for the total amount due, and then mail your order with payment to the mailing address provided on the Order Form.
Canadian customers please add $7.00 to applicable Shipping & Handling charge. Overseas customers please add $15 to applicable Shipping & Handling charge. All payments should be made in U.S. CURRENCY ONLY please. Sorry, we currently are not set up to process Credit Card or other types of online financial transactions.
Academic and Governmental Institutions may submit an authorized Purchase Order in lieu of sending payment with book order. Simply download the Order Form or print the online Order Form as explained above, complete the form, and return along with your authorized Purchase Order to the address provided on the Order Form. Institutional customers will be billed at time of shipment. Payment Terms are NET 30 DAYS.
