WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY: ESCN Database Reports undertakes a Best Faith effort to insure that all data researched and input into the ESCN Database is both accurate and correct. However, customers should be aware that at times copy quality of newspaper microfilm archives researched is marginal at best and in those situations, best judgement is used to identify intended spellings of referenced data. Additionally, early newspaper typesetters frequently misspelled names and/or used familiar spelling variations of names when typesetting articles and advertisements for use in the newspaper.

ESCN Database Reports strictly limits its Warranty on books to replacement of books found to be defective in material or workmanship, if said books are returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase and if said books are returned in new and unused condition. Date of purchase is considered to be the date posted on your sales receipt. No other Warranty, either expressed or implied, is provided for any of our books or publications, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.

RETURN POLICY: Return of defective books is explained under the Warranty section above. Since we print our books on demand, no other book returns are allowed. All book sales are final.
